干旱区长枝扦插大果沙棘良种快速育苗技术

- 在常规沙棘嫩枝扦插育苗技术基础上,立足干旱区的立地条件和气候特点,采取一系列的技术改进,研发出了一种成本低且能适合新疆干旱区大果沙棘良种规模化快速育苗方法,以适应当地沙棘产业规模化种植对沙棘良种种苗数量、质量和时间上的紧迫需求。主要从大果沙棘良种的采穗圃建立、苗床制备、插穗准备及插前处理、扦插时间与方法、插穗后期管护、苗木出圃等方面阐述了长枝扦插快速育苗关键技术,从而为大果沙棘良种在干旱区规模化快速育苗提供技术参考。
