- 以“莎白一号”香瓜为试材,采用叶面喷施法,研究了在低温逆境下叶面喷施不同浓度(1×109~8×109 cfu?mL-1)光合细菌对香瓜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:香瓜苗期叶面喷施1×109~4×109 cfu?mL-1的光合细菌,能显著增强低温胁迫下叶片中可溶性物质的含量,提高叶片的渗透调节能力,促进根系及地上部的生长。其中,叶面喷施光合细菌最适宜浓度为4×109 cfu?mL-1,可显著增强香瓜幼苗对低温逆境的适应能力,但8×109 cfu?mL-1浓度的光合细菌对香瓜幼苗会产生一定的毒性作用。
- Abstract:
- ‘Shabai No.1’ melon was taken as test material,the effects of different concentration (1×109—8×109 cfu?mL-1)photosynthetic bacteria on growth of melon seedling under low temperature stress were studied by spraying-leaf method.The results showed that spraying 1×109—4×109 cfu?mL-1 PSB on leaves of melon improved the level of biochemical substance and the ability of osmotic adjustment,stimulated seedling growth under low temperature stress,and improved greatly the resistance of melon.The optimal concentration to spray on leaves of melon was 4×109 cfu?mL-1PSB,but 8.0×109 cfu?mL-1 PSB would be toxic to melon seedlings.
