- 以日光温室栽培的桃品种“津柳早红”“巨佳”“春雪”“中油16桃”为试材,使用便携式光合仪测定了光合作用和叶绿素荧光参数,并拟合得到各品种的光响应曲线、二氧化碳响应曲线。结果表明:“津柳早红”“巨佳”“春雪”“中油16桃”光合作用及叶绿素荧光特性差异明显,其中“津柳早红”饱和光强最小,光能利用率较高;CO2补偿点最低,最耐CO2亏缺,于适宜设施条件下栽培,生产潜力大。
- Abstract:
- The four peach cultivars,‘Jinliuzaohong’‘Jujia’‘Chunxue’and ‘Zhongyou 16’,which grown in solar greenhouse were used as materials,and photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured with a portable photosynthesis detecting system,respectively.The results showed that all the cultivars had significant differences in photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics.Interestingly,‘Jinliuzaohong’showed minimum saturation intensity,thus its light energy utilization rate was higher,and so the production potential.Furthermore,its CO2 compensation point was the lowest,so it was the most resistant to CO2 deficiency,thus it was suitable for culture in device.
