- 以四川达州当地野生乳菇子实体为试材,采用分离、纯化方式,研究了不同配方对鲜艳乳菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:达州地区鲜艳乳菇菌丝生长最适配方是马铃薯200 g、琼脂18 g、酵母膏4 g、蛋白胨5 g、葡萄糖20 g、MgSO4?7H2O 1.5 g、KH2PO4 1.5 g、维生素B1 10 mg、松针水1 000 mL,为达州地区鲜艳乳菇菌种扩繁及人工驯化栽培奠定了基础。
- Abstract:
- Lactarius vividus sp.mycelium was obtained by separation and purification from wild Lactarius fruiting bodies of Dazhou.The effects of different medium on the growth of mycelial of Lactarius vividus were studied. The results showed that the most media component was potato 200 g,agar 18 g,yeast extract 4 g,peptone 5 g,glucose 20 g,MgSO4?7H2O 1.5 g,KH2PO4 1.5 g,vitamin B1 10 mg,pine needles 1 000 mL,this study laid the foundation for propagation and artificial domestication cultivation of Lactarius vividus in Dazhou.
