- 姬松茸是一种珍稀食药用菌,发展前景广阔。近年来,我国姬松茸栽培得到逐步推广,但栽培技术尚有待提高。该研究从驯化栽培史、生物学特性、栽培技术等方面综述了姬松茸栽培研究进展,旨在为姬松茸生产的进一步发展提供借鉴。
- Abstract:
- Agaricus blazei is a rare edible and medicinal fungus,with broad prospects for development.In recent years,its cultivation was gradually promoted in China,but the cultivation techniques needed to be improved.The research advances in the cultivation of Agaricus blazei were summarized in this study,including the cultivation history of the domestication,the biological characteristics,the cultivation techniques and so on,aimed at the further developmeht of Agaricus blazei cultivation.
