三种生长调节剂复配对设施樱桃番茄坐果及品质的影响

- 以“金玲珑”樱桃番茄为试验材料,在连栋玻璃温室条件下,采用岩棉栽培技术种植,用GA3、IAA、PCPA生长调节剂处理番茄花序(处理A:30 mg?kg-1 GA3+300 mg?kg-1 IAA;处理B:30 mg?kg-1 GA3+1 000 mg?kg-1 IAA;处理C:30 mg?kg-1 GA3+30 mg?kg-1 PCPA;处理D:30 mg?kg-1 PCPA),研究了生长调节剂复配对樱桃番茄坐果情况和果实品质的影响。结果表明:30 mg?kg-1 GA3+30 mg?kg-1 PCPA复配对樱桃番茄的纵横径促进作用最为显著,其次是30 mg?kg-1 PCPA;3种生长调节剂复配处理与对照相比,对樱桃番茄的单果质量及果实品质没有影响,坐果率分别提高7.37%、10.08%、15.34%、12.68%。

- Tomato cultivar ‘Jinlinglong’ was used as material under glass-greenhouse,the effect of mixed application of GA3,IAA and PCPA combined with rock wool soilless culture(Treatment A:30 mg?kg-1 GA3+300 mg?kg-1 IAA;Treatment B:30 mg?kg-1 GA3+1 000 mg?kg-1 IAA;Treatment C:30 mg?kg-1 GA3+30 mg?kg-1 PCPA;Treatment D:30 mg?kg-1 PCPA)on the fruit growth and quality of cherry tomato was studied.The results showed that mixed application of 30 mg?kg-1 GA3+30 mg?kg-1 PCPA could significantly increase the cherry tomato fruit longitudinal and transverse diamater growth,30 mg?kg-1 PCPA was the second.Mixed application of GA3,IAA and PCPA had no effect on single fruit weight and quality,compared with the control fruit setting rate of four treatments were 7.37%,10.08%,15.34%,12.68%,respectively.
