- 贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄产区存在的土壤瘠薄、水分利用率低、产量不稳定等问题,制约着产业的发展。以酿酒葡萄“蛇龙珠”为试材,通过田间试验和室内分析,分别设置不同灌溉定额、不同灌溉梯度,研究不同灌溉管理措施对葡萄生长发育、品质以及光合作用的影响。结果表明:增加灌溉定额与灌溉频次有利于促进株高、新梢、副梢数的生长以及提高水分有效利用率;灌溉频次10次、灌溉定额4 950 m3?hm-2处理可以有效地改善品质,而灌溉频次20次、灌溉定额5 850 m3?hm-2处理下可溶性糖、总酸、单宁、花色苷含量显著降低;在酿酒葡萄生长期内适当增加灌溉有利于产量和单粒重的增加,而水分过多会抑制果穗的生长,灌溉频次10次、灌溉定额4 950 m3?hm-2最适宜该地区酿酒葡萄的优质高效栽培。
- Abstract:
- Wine grape production areas exist many questions,such as soil barren,low utilization rate of water,unstable production restricts the development of industry in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain.Through field experiment and laboratory analysis,different irrigation quota,different irrigation gradient were set to study the influence of regulated irrigation on the growth and development of wine grape(‘Cabernet Gemischt’),as well as quality and photosynthesis.The results showed that,the increase of irrigation quota and irrigation frequency could promote plant height,shoots length,deputy shoot number and increase the number of effective utilization of water,watered 10 times,irrigation water with 4 950 m3?hm-2 could improve the quality effectively,but watered 20 times,irrigation water with 5 850 m3?hm-2 reduced the soluble sugar,total acid,tannins,anthocyanins significantly.Increasing irrigation was helpful for production and single grain weight increased in the growing period of wine grape.Instead,too much water would restrain the growth of the ear.Watered 10 times,irrigation water with 4 950 m3?hm-2 was suitable for the region’s high quality wine grape cultivation.
