- 以铁皮石斛为试材,以MS为基本培养基,研究了不同激素配比对铁皮石斛组培丛生芽增殖的影响。结果表明:铁皮石斛丛生芽增殖的培养条件为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.5 mg/L+土豆汁100 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L,90 d增殖系数达7.00,丛生芽芽高、茎径、含水量和叶绿素含量均高于其它处理。
- Abstract:
- Taking Dendrobium officinale as material,MS as basic media,the effect of different hormone ratio on bud proliferation of Dendrobium officinale was studied.The results showed that the most suitable medium of Dendrobium officinale buds proliferation was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+potatoes 100 g/L+sucrose 30 g/L,the proliferation coefficient was 7.00 after 90 days;bud height,stems diameter,moisture content and chlorophyll content were higher than other treatments.
