- 以“绿宝石”梨试管苗为试材,探讨不同浓度的NAA(0.1、0.2、0.3 mg/L)和IBA(0.5、1.0、1.5 mg/L)、活性炭(0%、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)以及培养方法对“绿宝石”梨生根的影响。结果表明:诱导“绿宝石”梨试管苗生根的最佳培养基是1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IBA+0.3 mg/L NAA+0.3%活性炭(AC)+30 g/L蔗糖+5.5 g/L琼脂;培养方式为先在含有生长素的培养基中培养7 d,然后转入不含生长素的培养基中培养。
- Abstract:
- Using the plantlet of ‘Lyubaoshi’ pear as the test material in this experiment,effect of NAA with different concentrations (0.1,0.2,0.3 mg/L) and IBA(0.5,1.0,1.5 mg/L) and culture method and AC(0%,0.1%,0.3%,0.5%) for rootage were studied.The results showed that the optimal rootage culture medium was 1/2MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L+AC 0.3%+sucrose 30 g/L+agar 5.5 g/L.The culture method was seven days of culture with auxin,then culture without auxin.
