- 以不同生长期茵陈蒿为试材,采用乙醇提取法和水提取法浸提苗期和成熟期茵陈蒿植株的全株、茎、叶和根,研究其醇提液和水提液对根结线虫的抑制活力。结果表明:苗期提取液抑制效果好于成熟期,全株好于茎、根,乙醇溶剂提取优于水溶剂。
- Abstract:
- The Artemisia capillaris of different growth stage were used as material to study the inhibitory activity of artemisia to meloidogyne in different period,the method of ethanol extraction and water extraction were adoped to treat the whole plants,stem,leaf and root in seedling stage and mature stage of Artemisia capillaries.The results showed that the effect of seedling extration inhibition was better than the mature period,the whole plant extration was better than stem and root,ethanol solvent was better than water solvent.
