- 进入21世纪,随着人们对苦瓜独特的营养保健功效的深入认识和现代药理学对苦瓜药用价值的新发现,苦瓜越来越受到消费者的青睐,需求量与日俱增,这使得苦瓜育种材料的获得及新品种选育变得越来越重要。基于此,现从苦瓜性别分化、强雌性系选育及应用、强雌性状的遗传分析及分子生物学研究等方面,综述了苦瓜强雌性系的研究进展,以期为苦瓜基础理论方面的研究提供参考。
- Abstract:
- As nutrition and health care values are recognized and medicinal values are discovered by modern pharmacology in bitter gourd in the 21st century,the bitter gourd is favored by consumers and demand is steadily on the increase,making the germplasm enhancement and breeding for bitter gourd a priority.Based on these facts,the research progress in subgynoecious line of bitter melon was reviewed from the aspects of sex differentiation,strong female breeding line selection and application,and genetic analysis and molecular biology of the strong female line in order to provide references for the research on the basic theory of bitter gourd.
