- 以五味子为试材,研究了大量元素氮胁迫对五味子果实木脂素类成分含量的影响。结果表明:处理2(5月16日、7月2日分别施多肽尿素0.042、0.084 kg/m2)的五味子中五味子甲素、五味子丙素含量最高,分别为1.97、1.11 mg/g,显著高于其它处理组;处理3(5月16日、7月2日分别施多肽尿素0.084、0.168 kg/m2)的五味子中五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子酯甲含量最高,分别为9.46、3.01、2.15 mg/g,显著高于其它处理;空白五味子乙素含量最高,显著高于其它处理,为1.99 mg/g;表明适宜的大量元素氮胁迫有利于五味子中木脂素含量的积累。
