- 对蝴蝶兰灰霉病菌进行了分离、纯化,并采用分子生物学手段对病原菌核糖体ITS序列进行了扩增和分析。结果表明:该灰霉菌的有性态和无性态分别与GenBank中报道的富克尔核盘菌(Botryotinia fuckeliana)、灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea)同源性均达到99.8%,结合形态学特征确定蝴蝶兰灰霉病病原菌为富克尔核盘菌,无性态为灰葡萄孢菌。
- Abstract:
- The pathogen of Botrytis cinereain Phalaenopsis?were isolated and purified,and pathogen ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacer region were amplified and sequenced with molecular biology methods.The results showed that the sequence of ITS for the pathogen shared 99.8% homology with that of Botryotinia fuckeliana?and Botrytis cinerea?in GenBank.Combined with morphological characteristics,the pathogen was identified as Botryotinia fuckeliana,anamorphic was Botrytis cinerea.
