- 遗传多样性作为生物多样性的重要组成部分,是生态系统多样性和物种多样性的基础。随着仙茅属野生资源的减少及其药用价值和经济价值的体现,研究其遗传多样性具有重要的理论和实践意义。文章从形态学水平、细胞学水平、生化水平,尤其是分子水平对仙茅属种质资源遗传多样性的研究进行了综述,提出了仙茅属种质资源研究中存在的问题,以期为进一步研究仙茅属资源提供借鉴与参考。
- Abstract:
- As an important component of biodiversity,genetic diversity is the foundation of species diversity and ecosystem diversity.Along with the reduction of Curculigo Gaertn wild resource and its medicinal and economic value has become increasingly improved,it is necessary to understand its genetic diversity from the perspective of theoretical and practical perspective.This paper reviewed the existing literature on genetic diversity of Curculigo Gaertn,specifically,including the aspects of morphology,cytology,biochemistry,as well as molecule.Based on the previous conclusions,some problems need to be further studied were proposed,aiming to supply reference to the further research.
