- 以广藿香挥发油及广藿香组织培养幼苗为试材,采用组织培养法,研究广藿香挥发油对其组织培养幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:广藿香挥发油对其组培苗的株高、主根长、鲜重、干重、生根数等具有不同程度的抑制作用;随挥发油浓度的升高,对扦插苗株高、主根长、鲜重、干重、生根数的抑制作用越明显,并导致其幼苗POD、CAT活性的升高和MDA含量的增加。
- Abstract:
- Taking volatile oil from Pogostemon cablin and its tissue culture seedlings as materials,using tissue culture method,the effect of volatile oil on growth of its tissue culture seedings was studied.The results showed that volatile oil from Pogostemon cablin showed inhibiting effect on plant height,root length,fresh weight,dry weight and root number,and the degree of inhibition increased with increasing of extract concentration.Under the action of volatile oil,the contents of MDA increased,and the activities of POD and CAT increased too.
