广藿香八倍体叶片叶绿素荧光的日变化

- 以广藿香同源八倍体不同株系为试材,四倍体广藿香为对照,在生长季节采用Handy-PEA便携式植物效率仪对广藿香八倍体叶绿素荧光参数进行了日变化测定和分析。结果表明:初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)、PSⅡ原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、以吸收光能为基础的光合性能指数(PI)均存在明显的日变化。其中Fv/Fm、PI变化趋势基本一致,总体上呈现先下降后上升的趋势,最低值基本出现在16:00;Fo均为双峰曲线。说明不同株系广藿香防御强光破坏的主要机制可能不同。
- Abstract:
- Five homologous octoploid lines of Pogostemon cablin as well as the tetraploid cultivar were used as materials to measure the changing of the diurnal variations of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters by Handy-PEA.The results indicated that the changes of Fo, Fm,Fv/Fm and PI in a day changed significantly.Fv/Fm and PI showed similar changes,and all the values first declined and then rose.The lowest values appeared at 16:00.Fo value of lines showed a double-peak curve.It showed that the main defense mechanism of light damage to the different ploidy apple varieties might be different.
