- 以人参为试材，比较分析了不同土壤环境种植人参后其水溶性蛋白质含量的变化规律及土壤中氮含量的变化。结果表明：平地人参水溶性总蛋白质及主要蛋白亚基含量均高于其相应的林地人参的蛋白质含量；农田土中氮含量较高；平地人参生长环境有利于蛋白质的合成。
- Abstract:
- Takingginseneasmaterial,thedifferentsoilsolubleproteincontentofginsengcultivation,thenitrogencontentofthesoilwerecomparedandanalyzed,andthelawsofwater-solubleproteincontentofgroundginsengwasstudied.Theresultsshowedthatginsenggrewinfarmland,itscontentoftotalwater-solubilityproteinandthemajorproteinsubunitswerehigherthantheonesinhumussoil；thenitrogencontentinfarmlandsoilwashigher.It’smaybeconducivetothesynthesisofproteinsforginsenggrowsinfarmlandsoil.
