- 以“白果强丰”、“卡罗拉”和“东方红一号”3个番茄品种的幼苗为试材,研究比较了高温胁迫下不同番茄品种幼苗形态指标和生理指标的变化。结果表明:高温胁迫下,3个番茄品种幼苗的株高、根长、茎粗和鲜重的相对生长量均受到一定程度的抑制;不同的番茄品种幼苗随着高温胁迫时间的延长热害指数和过氧化物酶(POD)活性逐渐升高,而总叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量逐渐降低。根据隶属函数值法对3个番茄品种的耐高温性能进行综合评价,其耐高温胁迫能力由强到弱依次为:“卡罗拉”>“东方红一号”>“白果强丰”。
- Abstract:
- Using seedlings of 3 tomato cultivars ‘Baiguoqiangfeng’,‘Kaluola’ and ‘Dongfanghong No1’ as experimental materials,the changes of morphological and physiological indexes under high temperature stress were compared.The results showed that,relative growth rate of plant height,root length,stem diameter and fresh weight of 3 cultivars were inhibited to a certain degree;heat injury index and POD activity were increased,and total chlorophyll and carotenoid content were decreased gradually.Results of the subordinative function analysis showed that the degree of heat tolerance of the 3 cultivars was as follows:‘Kaluola’>‘Dongfanghong No.1’>‘Baiguoqiangfeng’.
