- 以生长旺盛的5 a生五味子植株中上部的花蕾为试材,研究了花粉发育时期与花外部形态的对应关系及不同发育程度花粉比例的变化。结果表明:花粉的发育时期与花的外部形态具有相关性,当花蕾长7~9 mm,花萼与花瓣面积比约为1∶2,花萼贴附花瓣或1片花萼展开,1~2片外层花瓣轻微开裂,向内包裹,结构紧凑时,处于单核中后期和单核靠边期的花粉占总花粉量的74.6%~87.1%,花药被花瓣包裹,材料易于处理,此时为采集五味子花粉的适宜时期。
- Abstract:
- The corresponding relationship of pollen development period and the flower external morphology and the ratio changes of different development degree pollen in development periods were studied.The results indicated that pollen development period and flower morphology had correlation,when the bud was compact and length was 7~9 mm,area ratio of calyx and leaf were about 1∶2,calyx attached petals or 1 calyx spread out,1~2 outer petals were slightly cracked and inward parcel,the ratio of total mononuclear mid anaphase and terminal stage pollen were 74.6%~87.1%,the anthers were wrapped by petals and easy to be handled,was the suitable sampling period of pollen.
