- 以‘黑29’黑木耳为试材,以稻草为栽培基质,研究了稻草替代木屑栽培黑木耳对黑木耳菌丝生长、产量及污染率的影响,以期筛选出稻草的最佳添加比例。结果表明:稻草代替部分木屑栽培黑木耳是可行的;供试配方中,配方2(木屑58%、稻草20%、麦麸20%、石膏1%、葡萄糖1%)栽培的黑木耳产量与配方1(传统配方)接近,可以作为适宜配方进行黑木耳栽培。

- Takingblackfungus‘Hei29’asmaterial,strawassubstrate,theeffectofstrawinsteadofwoodchipsasrawmaterialonthemyceliumgrowth,yieldandpollutionrateofblackfunguswerestudied,inordertoselectoptimalstrawamountforblackfunguscultivation.Theresultsshowedthatstrawinsteadofpartofsawdustwasfeasible;theproductionofblackfungusinformulation2(chips58%,straw20%,wheatbran20%,gypsum1%,glucose1%)wasclosetorecipe1(traditionalrecipe),soformulation2wasscreenedforsuitableformulations.
