拿敌稳防治黄瓜白粉病应用研究

- 以“郑黄3号”黄瓜为试材,采用浸种及茎叶喷雾处理的方法,研究了拿敌稳对不同生长时期黄瓜植株生长的影响,并进行了防治白粉病的田间药效试验,综合评价了拿敌稳对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果。结果表明:拿敌稳浸种对白粉病的发生具有较好的预防效果,对黄瓜株高和根长的抑制率、茎周增长率与已唑醇相比均较低;拿敌稳60mg/L处理在幼苗期和开花期施药对黄瓜株高的抑制率分别为15.62%和4.65%,显著低于已唑醇;拿敌稳对黄瓜白粉病的田间防治效果为73.82%~84.26%,与己唑醇防效相当,明显高于甲基托布津的防效。该试验结果表明,拿敌稳对黄瓜生长安全且对白粉病有较好的防治效果,是防治白粉病的较好轮换药剂。
- Abstract:
- Taking‘Zhenghuang3’cucumberasmaterial,theeffectofnativooncucumbergrowthwasstudiedbysoakingseedsandsprayingitonseedlingrespectively,whilefieldtrialwasalsoconductedtoevaluatethecontrolefficacyofnativotocucumberpowderymildew.Theresultsshowedthatnativohadagoodcontroleffectoncucumberpowderymildew,whileplantheight,rootlengthandincreaserateofstemdiameterweresignificantlowerthanthatofhexaconazoleafterseed-soakingtreatment.Rateofplantheightinhibitionwere15.62%and4.65%atcucumberseedlingandflorescenceperiodaftersprayingtreatmentwithconcentrationof60mg/L,whichweresignificantlylowerthanthatofhexaconazole.Thecontrolefficacieswere73.82%~84.26%infieldtrial,whichwasasgoodasthatofhexaconazolebutwashigherthanthatoftopsin-M.Thestudyshowedthatnativowassafetocucumberandefficacioustopowderymildew.Itcanbeusedasanalternativechemicaltocontrolcucumberpowderymildew.
