- 以铁皮石斛为试材,采用湿法超微粉碎提取石斛多糖,通过单因素试验研究了磨齿磨隙、固液比、提取温度、提取时间对多糖得率的影响,在此基础上,采用正交实验对石斛多糖提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明:胶体磨齿磨隙30 μm、固液比1∶14 g/mL、提取温度70℃、提取时间31 min时,石斛多糖得率可达1648%。表明湿式超微粉碎是一种有效的提取石斛多糖的方法。
- Abstract:
- Taking Dendrobium candidum as material,wet u1trafine grinding technology was used to extract Dendrobium candidum polysaccharide.The effect of gap of mill teeth,ratio of solid to liquid,extraction temperature and extraction time on yield of polysaccharide were studied by single factor test, and orthogonal test was used to optimum extraction conditions.The results showed that optimum conditions were gap of mill teeth 30 μm,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶14 g/mL,extraction temperature 70℃ and extraction time 31 min.The yield of Dendrobium candidum polysaccharide was 16.48%.Wet u1trafine grinding extraction was a suitable method for extraction of Dendrobium candidum polysaccharide.
