- 采用超声波提取法从毛竹叶中提取多糖,以提取温度、提取时间、料液比、提取次数为考察因素,通过单因素试验和正交优化,研究了毛竹叶多糖的最佳提取工艺条件,并与常规热回流提取法进行了比较。结果表明:毛竹叶多糖的超声提取最佳工艺条件为提取温度70℃,提取20 min、料液比1∶10、提取3次;超声提取法优于常规热回流法。
- Abstract:
- The ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides from Phyllostachys pubescens leaves was studied.The factors of extraction temperature,time,solid liquid ratio,extraction times were researched.The extraction process of polysaccharides was optimized with single factor test and orthogonal experiments,and there was a comparison between the ultrasonic method and the refluxing method.The results showed that optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows:extraction temperature 70℃,extraction time 20 minutes,stock ratio 1∶10 (material∶volume),extraction 3 times.And the ultrasonic extraction method was superior to refluxing extraction.
