- 对上海市外环线400 m林带16标段杨树溃疡病发生情况进行调查研究。结果表明:起苗放置时间与溃疡病的发生呈正相关;起苗后浸水对溃疡病的发生也有一定的影响,浸水48 h的苗木发病率和死亡率都相应的有所减少;生根粉对溃疡病的发生没有明显的作用;试验所用到的2种菌根菌对于杨树溃疡病的发生均有一定的抑制作用,而且5号菌根菌对控制溃疡病的发生有着突出的效果,在苗木定植的早期能加强苗木的生长势。
- Abstract:
- The experiment of the 16 contract section from shanghai outer ring’s forest belt of 400 meters were studied.The results showed that the length of time took up seedlings and the emergence of the poplar of canker of standing time present positive correlation;it got up to be soaked with water to there was sure influence to the emergence of poplar of canker behind took up seedlings,morbidity of poplar plant of 48 h soaked with water and both corresponding reduction to some extent of mortality.The powder did not have obvious function on the emergence of canker to take root;two fungus root fungus which were used in experiment were certain inhibitory activity to poplar emergence,and 5 ectomycihizal fungi to prevent and cure poplar of canker had occurred outstanding results in the field planting trees to enhance tree growth trend early.
