- 对7个胡萝卜主栽品种的单根重、根长、根型及β-胡萝卜素含量进行对比分析。结果表明:β-胡萝卜素含量品种间差异达到2.68倍,“比瑞”和“美国高山大根”的单根重最大,β-胡萝卜素含量最高,可作为栽培、育种和加工的优选品种。
- Abstract:
- Compared and analyzed with single root weight,root length,root type and β-carotene content of seven varieties of carrot in this experiment.The results showed that the difference of β-carotene in carrot varieties reach 2.68 times,besides,‘Birui’ and ‘U.S.Alpine Great Root’ with maximum weight and β-carotene content,was the preferred varieties which could be used as planting,breeding and processing.
