- 采取平板培养法,研究了城市剩余污泥对平菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:100mL培养液中含有20g污泥和40mLPDL有利于平菇菌丝的生长;城市剩余污泥可以为平菇菌丝生长提供所需的碳源和/或氮源,为实现污泥的资源化利用提供一条新的路径。
- Abstract:
- TheeffectofexcesssludgeonthegrowthofPleurotusostreatusmyceliaontheflatculture,puresludgemediumandmixturemediumofsludgeandpotatodetroseliquid(PDL)werestudied.TheresultsshowedthattheoptimumconditionofthegrowthofP.ostreatuswas20gsludgeand40mLPDLduring100mLculturesolution.Theexcesssludgecouldbeusedasculturemediumactingascarbonand/ornitrogensourcevalidatedbytheabovetorealizetheharmlessandresourcesofexcesssludge.
