- 课题组经过4a的科技攻关,研制出了安全、营养、方便、卫生、保鲜期较长的小包装香椿豆腐。现简述了香椿豆腐的工艺流程、制作方法,并通过品质检测和感官评价,说明消费者对该产品较认可。

- TofuwithChinesetoonhasdevelopedafter4yearsresearch,asafety,nutrient,convenientandhealthpouch-packagetofuwithChinesetoonthathadlongfreshpreservationtimewereaccomplished.Process,productionmethodswerebrieflyresumed,andthroughthequalitydetectionandsensoryevaluation,theproductwasapprovedbyconsumers.
