- 为了探讨塑料箱式气调结合保鲜剂处理对樱桃贮后货架品质变化的调控效果,进行了樱桃的贮后货架试验,通过测定樱桃的感官品质及生理指标的变化,确定最适宜的保鲜剂用量及最佳贮藏方式。结果表明:处理1(即1袋CT2保鲜剂/1kg果实结合塑料箱式气调)在冰温贮藏(-0.5~-0.2℃)60d后10℃货架期间有效地延缓果实硬度的下降,防止了营养成分的损失,显著抑制果实感官品质的下降,同时延缓果实MDA和乙醇含量的增加,保持较高的SOD和POD活性,并减缓了总酚含量的降低和PPO活性的升高,提高了果实货架品质。

- Inordertoexploretheeffectofplasticboxmodifiedatmospherecombinedwithpreservativeonshelf-lifequalityofcherryafterstorageandfindthemostsuitableamountofpreservativeandthebeststoragemethodofcherry,shelf-lifequalityexperimentofcherryafterstoragewasstudied.TheresultsshowedthatthefirsttreatmentwhichwasperkilogramfruitwithabagCT2preservativecombinedwithplasticboxmodifiedatmosphere,effectivelypostponedthedeclineoffruitfirmness,preventedthelossofnutrientcomponent,controlledthedropoffruitsensoryquality,delayedtheincreaseoffruitMDAandethanolcontent,maintainedhigherSODactivityandPODactivity,andretardedthedecreaseoffruittotalphenolcontentandtheriseofPPOactivity,improvedshelf-lifequalityofberryduringshelf-lifeof10℃aftercontrolledfreezingpointstorage(-0.5~-0.2℃)bymeansofmeasuringthechangesofsensoryqualityandphysiologicalindexes.
