- 研究不同激素种类和浓度处理对香石竹扦插生根的影响。结果表明：使用IBA、NAA浸泡香石竹插穗可以促进生根。其中NAA与IBA各处理相比根重与根长有极显著差异。对插穗基部进行处理，以基部撕裂结合NAA浸泡效果最好。以75、150 mg/L的NAA浸泡插穗效果最好。
- Abstract:
- The effect on rooting of cuttage Dianthus caryophyllus by different type and concentration of hormone treatment were studied.The results indicated that using IBA，NAA soaking could promote rooting of Dianthus caryophyllus cuttings.Which each treatment compared NAA with IBA，the root weight and root length were significantly different.Base of the cuttings processing，combined with NAA and tear soaked was best.75,150 mg/L NAA soaking cuttings were best effect.
