Abstract:
Taking Doriaenopsis ‘Red Swan’ as material,in order to establish the tissue culture technique system of Phalaenopsis,the effect of 6-BA concentration,samples internodes,medium additives on peduncle axillary bud differentiation were studied,and the influence of different explants on peduncle axillary bud differentiation was also studied.The results indicated that the differentiation rate of peduncle axillary bud was up to 96% when the 6-BA concentration was 3.0 mg/L;the young but strong axillary bud,second or third internodes from the base of peduncle was the suitable explants to induction,the differentiation rate could reach 100%;replaced banana and sucrose by potato and white granulated sugar was an ideal method to reduce medium cost;generally levels of hormones were the highest in the base of root and bud stem,the rate of adventitious bud induction reached to 90%.Following that,two effective rapid propagation technique systems were found by series experiments.
