Abstract:
Using‘GexinNo.1’tobaccoseedsastestmaterials,FAD7genewastransferredintotobaccoleaveswiththehelpofAgrobacteriumtumefaciens.ShootswereregeneratedonMSmediumsupplementedwith300mg/LAmpicillin,1.0mg/L6-BAand0.1mg/LNAAandrootedonMSmediumwith300mg/LAmpicillinand100mg/LKanamycin.PCRanalysisprovedFAD7geneintegrationintoKanamycinresistanceplants.TheresultsofPCRanalysisinT1generationtransgenicplantsshowedthatthetransformedgenecouldinherittonextgeneration,itgrewwellunderlowtemperature.TheparametersofleavechlorophyllfluorescenceF0decreasedslightly,andthevaluesofFv/FmkepthighlevelafterCsFAD7genetransformedintotobacco.fattyacidanalysisshowedthatthecontentsratiooflinolenicacidinleaveswerehigherintransgenictobaccothaninwildtypetobacco.
