Abstract:

Usingsoftstemsof‘Huizao’jujubeand‘Junzao’jujubeasexplants,theeffectsoftissueculturemulitiplicationonjujubewithdifferentorganicadditivewerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatthetreatingbyalcoholmercuricchloridefor20sand10min,theeffectofexplantsterilizationwasbetter,thepollutionpercentofjujubastemsegmentswaslowandtheaveragebuddingratewashigher.Theprimarymediafor‘Huizao’jujubewereMS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/Landtheprimanymediafor‘Junzao’jujubewereMS+6-BA4.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L；Thesubculturemediafor‘Huizaojujube’wereMS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.4mg/Landfor‘Junzao’jujubewereMS+6-BA4.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L.Theproperorganicadditiveswashydrolyticcastein，whichadditiveconcentrationin‘Junzao’and‘Huiza’jujubewere400mg/Land500mg/L.
