Abstract:
Inordertoincreasetheproductionofexo-polysaccharideofGrifolafrondosa,theoptimizationofmediumbyresponsesurfacemethodology(RSM)wasstudied.Theresultsshowedtheoptimalmediumwas(g/L):KH2PO42,MgSO41,VB10.02,wheatbran50,glucose20,cornsteepliquor23.8,cornpowder19.7,soybeancakepowder5.2.Underthemedium,theexo-polysaccharideofGrifolafrondosawas2.44g/L,whichwasincreased75.22%thanthatofinitialmedium.
