Abstract:
A total of 60 characters in 5 organs,including branches,leaves,fruits,pits and seeds,were studied using 204 germplasm resources of wild jujube acid as samples by field investigation and laboratory statistical methods,in order to understand the variation of characters and the correlation between different characters,and to screen the germplasm resources with good characters.The results showed that there were significant differences among 204 different types of wild jujube in the characters of internode length,long needling length,leaf length,single fruit weight,kernel yield and fruit yield.The length of primary internode was 1.72-9.31 cm,and the coefficient of variation was 18.83%.The length of long acupuncture was 0.29-3.51 cm,and the coefficient of variation was 27.44%.The length of leaves was 1.40-5.72 cm,and the coefficient of variation was 19.22%.Single fruit weight was 0.82-3.06 g,coefficient of variation 32.32%;The kernel yield ranged from 13.53% to 35.85%,and the coefficient of variation was 20.40%.The yield of fresh fruit was 1.44%-8.98% and the coefficient of variation was 27.66%.The correlation analysis showed that the kernel yield was negatively correlated with the diameter and mass of the core.Fruit yield was negatively correlated with fruit diameter,and positively correlated with fruit shape index,core mass,core diameter and fruit yield.According to the actual demand of production,for eicellent qermplasm ‘D162’ ‘D1’ ‘D59’ and‘D126’ were screened out by taking the kernel rate of fresh fruit (>8.50%) and the kernel rate (>40.00%) as the main screening rate.
