Abstract:
The melon ‘Xizhoumi 25’ was used to study the melon growth and development process of fruit quality and dynamic patterns,the changes of the fruit those dynamic growth,dissolubility sugar,soluble protein,acid,vitamin C content and the intensity were measured with the method of combining the external morphological character and the internal physiological and biochemical changes,and the correlations between main quality of the fruit were also analyzed,so as to provide the basis for improvement of fruit quality and ascertain the best harvest time of fruit.The results showed that the transverse diameter,vertical diameter and fruit weight presented ‘slow-fast-slow’ of S growth curve.The soluble sugar in ‘Xizhoumi 25’ fruit mainly included sucrose,glucose,and fructose.While the maturity of the melon fruit those soluble solid,sweetness and vitamin C content were increasing,but at primary stage of the growth of soluble protein and organic acid content were relatively high,while the maturity of the melon fruit that soluble protein and organic acid content were decreased less after mature fell to flatten out.Correlation analysis showed that the sucrose plays a crucial role in quality forming process of ‘Xizhoumi 25’.
