Abstract:
The 1-year-old branches of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’‘Chardonnay’‘Cabernet Gernischet’‘Marselan’‘Merlot’‘Syrah’,which were mainly planted in the eastern foot of Helan,Ningxia,were used as the test materials to carry out the low-temperature freezing injury simulation test.The cold damage was simulated at 4 ℃(CK) and -18 ℃,-20 ℃,-22 ℃ and -24 ℃ respectively.The electrical conductivity,proline (Pro) content and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were measured in order to identify the cold resistance of the large quantities Eurasian grape varieties planted at the eastern foot of Helan mountain and improve the winter freeze resistance of the grape production area at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain.The results showed that with the decrease of temperature,the electrolyte exudation rate of branches increased,the proline content and malondialdehyde content increased significantly.The cold resistance of six experimental varieties were ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’>‘Chardonnay’>‘Cabernet Gernischet’>‘Marselan’>‘Merlot’>‘Syrah’.
