Abstract:
Taking cherry tomato variety ‘JingfanHuangxing’ as the test material,the expression regulatory elements of Ph-3 gene and the evolution characteristics of Ph-3 homologous genes had been studied by adopting PlantCARE and Gcorn phylogenetic analysis method,which could lay a foundation for further resolving the regulation mechanism of Ph-3 expression.The results showed that Ph-3 promoter not only contained the core elements,but also included light response element,gibberellin response element,methyl jasmonateresponse element,anaerobic induction elements,circadian response elements and so on.Ph-3 homologous gene phylogenetic analysis had showed that when the homology index was 0.70,tomato,potato and pepper contained Ph-3 homologous gene,and the homologous gene belonged to the orthologous gene.In addition,homology index analysis had showed that tomato had the closest relationship with potato,followed by pepper.
