Abstract:
In order to determine the number of SSR primers that used in the identification of varieties of Phaseolus vulgaris L.cultivars，taking two cultivars of ‘Jiangjun’ and ‘Taikongjiangjun’ as the materials by SSR markers were studied.In total of 65 SSR primers distributing on two cultivars were used，three of them showed specific.The results indicated that PM1040，PM1050，PM1065 would be sufficient for assessing cultivar variety identification.
