- 大球盖菇是一类集生态价值与经济价值于一体的特色食用菌,在乡村振兴战略与“双碳”目标的双重驱动下,已成为赋能林下经济、推动循环农业发展的重要抓手。该研究基于产业经济学理论,整合2010—2023年产业发展数据,系统梳理中国大球盖菇产业的发展态势与区域布局特征,深度剖析当前产业面临的品种创新滞后、标准化生产水平不高、产业链附加值偏低、冷链物流体系薄弱等关键制约因素。基于此,从品种创新体系构建、标准化绿色生产升级、全产业链价值挖掘、流通体系优化完善、生态循环模式推广应用五大维度,构建针对性的高质量发展路径,并配套构建政策扶持、科技赋能等保障体系。
- Abstract:
- Stropharia rugosoannulata is a type of characteristic edible mushroom that combines ecological and economic value.It has become a key driver for promoting the development of forest economy and circular agriculture under the dual impetus of the rural revitalization strategy and the ‘dual carbon’ goals.Based on the theory of industrial economics and integrating the industrial development data from 2010 to 2023,this study systematically reviewed the development trend and regional layout characteristics of the Stropharia rugosoannulata industry in China,and deeply analyzed the key constraints currently faced by the industry,such as lagging variety innovation,low standardization production level,low added value of the industrial chain,and weak cold chain logistics system.Based on this,it constructed a targeted high-quality development path from five dimensions,the construction of a variety innovation system,the upgrading of standardized green production,the exploration of the full industrial chain value,the optimization and improvement of the circulation system,and the promotion and application of ecological circular models,and built a supporting guarantee system including policy support and technological empowerment.
