- 以黑龙江省农业科学院牡丹江分院李资源圃内66份寒地李种质资源果实为试材,采用多样性分析、相关性分析、聚类分析、主成分分析等方法,研究了31个果实表型性状多样性,以期为东北寒地李种质资源的综合评价和优良品种选育提供参考依据。结果表明:信息指数H和遗传多样性指数D变化范围分别是0.600 2~1.502 8和0.410 0~0.759 4,其中果核形状、果皮底色、果肉色泽、果实形状的多样性指数较高。12个数量型性状变异系数介于4.33%~50.04%,其中单果质量、核形指数、果形指数、果核质量、果实横径变异程度较大。聚类分析把供试材料划分为4个类群,其中类群Ⅲ的4份资源具有果实较大、可食率高、可溶性固形物含量高等特点,符合良种选育及市场需求的方向,有很大的开发推广潜力。主成分分析表明,前4个主成分的累计贡献率为79.077%,可以反映这12个数量型性状的基本信息。单果质量、果实纵径、果实横径、果核横径、可溶性固形物含量5个性状指标,可作为综合评价东北寒地李种质资源果实性状的关键性指标。

- Taking 66 plum germplasm resources in Mudanjiang Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the research object,31 fruit phenotypic traits were statistically analyzed by means of diversity analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis,in order to provide references for the comprehensive evaluation of cold-region plum germplasm resources and the breeding of superior varieties in Northeast China.The results showed that the range of information index H and genetic diversity index D were 0.600 2-1.502 8 and 0.410 0-0.759 4,respectively,among which the nutlet shape,pericarp base color,color of pulp and fruit shape were in higer diversity indexes.The coefficient of variation of 12 quantitative traits ranged from 4.33% to 50.04%,among which the single fruit mass,nutlet shape index,fruit shape index,nutlet weight and fruit transverse diameter varied greatly.Through cluster analysis,the germplasms were segregated into four groups,among which the four resources in group Ⅲ had the characteristics of large fruit,high edible rate and high soluble solid content,which were in line with the direction of improved variety breeding and market demand and had great development and popularization potential.Principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first four principal components was 79.077%,which could reflect the basic information of these 12 quantitative traits.Single fruit mass,fruit vertical diameter,fruit transverse diameter,nutlet transverse diameter and soluble solid content could be used as key indicators for comprehensive evaluation of fruit characteristics of plum germplasm resources in northeast cold area.
