- 以七年生“贵长”猕猴桃为试材,采用“5416”配比施肥方法,研究了不同施肥处理对猕猴桃生长、含水率及果实品质的影响,以确定最优施肥组合。结果表明:不同施肥水平显著促进猕猴桃生长,最佳施肥组合为N3P2K2Ca2Mg2。施肥量对果实、叶片及根部含水率影响显著,而枝条影响较小。组织器官含水率N2P2K2Ca2Mg2施肥组合表现最佳。针对土壤特性,N1P2K2Ca4Mg2改善容重,N1P4K3Ca2Mg4则利于提升整体含水率。果实品质提升最优为T4处理,即N1P4K4Ca4Mg4施肥方案。相关性分析表明,施肥有效促进了表层土壤的水分保持和蛋白质积累,同时施肥显著减少了植物体内的可滴定酸含量。
- Abstract:
- Taking seven-year-old kiwifruit ‘Guichang’ the as test material,the effects of different fertilization treatments on kiwifruit growth,moisture content and fruit quality were studied by using ‘5416’ proportional fertilization method,in order to determine the optimal fertilization combination.The results showed that different fertilization levels significantly promoted the growth of kiwifruit,and the optimal fertilization combination was N3P2K2Ca2Mg2.The amount of fertilizer applied had a significant impact on the moisture content of fruits,leaves,and roots,while the impact on branches was relatively small.The combination of N2P2K2Ca2Mg2 fertilization showed the best performance in terms of tissue and organ moisture content.Based on soil characteristics,N1P2K2Ca4Mg2 improved bulk density,while N1P4K3Ca2Mg4 was beneficial for increasing overall moisture content.The optimal way to improve fruit quality was T4 treatment,which was the N1P4K4Ca4Mg4 fertilization scheme.Correlation analysis showed that fertilization effectively promotes water retention and protein accumulation in the surface soil,while significantly reducing the drip acid content in plants.
