- 以38份不同来源的多花黄精种质资源花器官为试材,采用变异分析、Shannon-Weaver 多样性指数分析、相关性分析和聚类分析等方法,研究了不同种质资源多花黄精的花器官多样性,以期为多花黄精种质资源的创新和优良品种的筛选提供参考依据。结果表明:38份不同种源多花黄精种质资源花器官具有丰富的遗传多样性,9个花器官农艺性状的平均变异系数为10.16%,平均Shannon-Weaver多样性指数为2.042。部分性状存在极显著或显著相关性,其中花长与5个性状呈现极显著正相关性,与1个性状呈现显著相关性,说明花器官各项农艺性状的增加具有一致性;在欧氏距离为6时,38份多花黄精种质资源花器官可分为三大类,第一大类种源的花器官大小适中,且具有较大的子房;第二大类种源表现为花器官整体较大,花直径较大同时具有较大的花瓣;第三大类种源花器官各项性状均小于其他2类。

- Thirty-eight different sources of Polygonatum cyrtonema flower organs were used as the test materials,variation analysis,Shannon-Weaver diversity index analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used to study the diversity of Polygonatum cyrtonema flower organs of different germplasm resources,in order to provide reference for the innovation of germplasm resources of Polygonatum cyrtonema and the screening of excellent varieties.The results showed that the germplasm resources of 38 different seed sources of Polygonatum cyrtonema had rich genetic diversity,and the average coefficient of variation of nine agronomic traits of the flower organs was 10.16%,and the Shannon-Weaver diversity index was 2.042.Some traits had extremely significant or significant correlations,with flower length showing extremely significant positive correlations with 5 traits and significant correlations with 1 trait,indicating consistency in the increase of various agronomic traits in flower organs.When the Euclidean distance was 6,the flower organs of 38 germplasm resources of Polygonatum cyrtonema could be divided into three categories.The first type of germplasm had moderately sized flower organs and larger ovaries.The second type of germplasm was characterized by larger overall flower organs,larger flower diameters,and larger petals.The third type of germplasm had lower flower organ traits than the other two types.
