- 以草地早熟禾为研究材料,研究了不同浓度的重金属离子镉(Cd2+)、铜(Cu2+)和铅(Pb2+)对其种子萌发、幼苗生长及光合特性的影响。结果表明:低浓度的Cd2+(10 mg?kg-1)和Cu2+(100 mg?kg-1)处理时,对草地早熟禾种子萌发有一定的促进作用,发芽率分别达到了962%和942%,发芽指数分别为98和97,均高于对照;当Cd2+浓度高于10 mg?kg-1、Cu2+浓度高于100 mg?kg-1时,种子发芽率和发芽指数均低于对照。当Cu2+浓度低于200 mg?kg-1时,随着浓度的增大,幼苗的株高、总根长和地上生物量以及叶绿素含量和Fv/Fm值有一定的增加;当Cu2+浓度高于200 mg?kg-1时,随着浓度的增大,则呈下降趋势。而随着Pb2+浓度的增加,草地早熟禾种子的萌发、幼苗的生长及光合效率均逐渐下降,且低于对照。
- Abstract:
- In the experiment,Poa pratensis L.was selected as the research material,the effect of three different heavy metals ions cadmium(Cd2+),copper(Cu2+),lead(Pb2+) and different concentration on seed germination,seedling growth and photosynthetic characteristic systematically were studied.The results showed that in the low concentration of Cd2+ (10 mg?kg-1) and Cu2+ (100 mg?kg-1) treatments,seed germination of Poa pratensis L.had been promoted in some extent and the seed germination rates reached 962% and 942% respectively,the germination index were 98 and 97 respectively,which were higher than the controls.When the concentration of Cd2+ was higher than 10 mg?kg-1 or Cu2+ concentration was higher than 100 mg?kg-1,the seed germination percentage and germination index were lower than the controls.When Cu2+ concentration was below 200 mg?kg-1,the seedlings height,total root length,biomass of aboveground and the content of chlorophyll,Fv/Fm values had a slight increase along with the increase of concentration.When Cu2+ concentration was higher than 200 mg?kg-1,significant decline appeared with the increase of concentration.In addition,seed germination,seedling growth and photosynthetic efficiency of Poa pratensis L.declined with the increase of concentration of Pb2+,and were lower than the controls.
