- 土壤盐渍化是影响农业生产和生态环境的重要非生物因素,也是目前制约着我国农业增产的两大土壤因素之一,土壤盐渍化由于其高盐且高碱环境对包括种子萌发在内的植物生长发育具有重要影响。现总结了盐胁迫和碱胁迫对种子萌发的影响规律,并初步分析了盐碱胁迫对种子萌发影响的生理生化机制,用以指导生产和进一步开展相关研究提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Salinization of soil is an important abiotic factor affecting agricultural production and ecological environment,and also one of the two major factors restricting agricultural production in China at present.Soil salinization is crucial to the growing of plants including seed germination due to its high salt and alkali environment.This paper summarized the influence of the salt and alkali stress on seed germination,and analysed its physiological and biochemical mechanism preliminarily,in order to instruct production and provided a reference for further research work.
