- 以甜芝白掌品种（Spathiphyllum ‘Sweet Chico’）为试材，研究了0（CK）、150、225、300 mg/L不同浓度GA3对小盆栽甜芝白掌催花效果的影响。结果表明：300 mg/L的GA3有明显的催花效果，主茎现花率达100%；上盆种植13周后开始催花，催花周期为60~64 d；处理后的叶片长宽比为3.5~3.6，明显大于对照的2.9。
- Abstract:
- Taking Spathiphyllum ‘Sweet Chico’ as test materials，the effect of 0 (CK)，150，225，300 mg/L different concentrations of GA3 on flower situmulation of small pots of Spathiphyllum ‘Sweet Chico’ were studied.The results indicated that 300 mg/L GA3 had the most significant effect on flower situmulation with blossoming rate of 100% on stalks.The situmulating treat was conducted after 13 weeks of transplantation，with time interval from situmulating treat to blossoming of 60~64 days.And ratio of leaf length to width was 3.5~3.6，larger than the control 2.9.
