- 简要阐述了以山杏为基础原料，加工制成的多种绿色食品的种类和加工流程；并对以“秦岭”山脉为主的西部地区开发山杏资源，以及生产山杏绿色加工食品的前景和可行性进行了简要分析，以期为提高山杏的经济价值，特别是对退耕还林山地的综合开发利用，提供借鉴。
- Abstract:
- The varieties of green goods made from Siberian apricot and machining process were briefly discussed；the prospects，feasibility and risk of developing Siberian apricot resources and producing green goods made from Siberian apricot in the western area on Qingling mountain were analyzed，in order to provide a reference for increasing the original Siberian apricot economic value，especially for the comprehensive exploitation of returning the grain plots to forestry.
