- 通过选用桃树、柳树、硬杂木、龙爪槐等不同树种木段添加等量麦麸作为培养基主料,进行蜜环菌的培养,研究了其菌索的生长速度和长势等。结果表明:蜜环菌在桃树枝条培养基中的生长状况良好,在硬杂木和柳树木枝条中次之,在龙爪槐枝条中几乎不能正常生长。
- Abstract:
- Takingthebranchesof Prunuspersica,Salixbabylonica,Pterocarpusindicus and Sophorajaponica f.pendula Hort.withequivalentwheatbranasthemainingredientsinmedium,thegrowthrateandvigorofArmillariellamella werestudied.Theresultsshowedthat Armillaria mellea grewbetterin Prunuspersicabranchesingredients,in Pterocarpusindicus and Salixbabylonica branchesingredientswereworse,inSophorajaponica f. pendula Hort.branchesitcouldhardlygrow.
