- 以引进国内的11个黄花菜优良品种为试材,采用田间品种比较及室内检测的方法,研究了不同熟期黄花菜植物学性状、抗逆性指标及产量品质,筛选出适合宁夏中部干旱带栽培的不同熟期黄花菜品种,以期为宁夏黄花菜错期栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:“高山1号”和“四月白”叶长、叶宽在各个时期均大于其他品种,属于晚熟品种;“沙苑”“马莲”生物量均大于其他品种,属于中熟品种;“四月花”根冠比和丙二醛(MDA)含量最高,属于早熟品种;“大乌嘴”“四月花”“台东6号”和“高山1号”根系活力最强;“高山1号”可溶性糖含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性最高;“大乌嘴”“冲里花”和“猛子花”超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性最高,“四月白”过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性最高。

- Taking the 11 excellent domestic varieties of Hemerocallis minor as the experimental materials,field comparison and indoor testing methods were used to study the botanical characteristics,stress resistance indicators,yield and quality of Hemerocallis minor at different maturity stages,screen out different varieties of Hemerocallis minor suitable for cultivation in the arid zone of central Ningxia,in order to provide reference for suitable for cultivation and popularization in Ningxia.The results showed that the leaf length and leaf width of ‘Gaoshan No.1’ and ‘April white’ were larger than those of other varieties in each period.They were the late maturing variety.The biomass of ‘Shayuan’ and ‘Malian’ were higher than that of other varieties.They were the medium-ripe variety.The root shoot ratio and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of ‘April flower’ were the highest.They were the early maturing variety.‘Dawuzui’‘April flower’‘Taitung 6’ and ‘Shan Shan 1’ had the highest root activity.‘Taitung 6’ had the highest soluble solid content and soluble protein content,and ‘Gaoshan 1’ had the highest soluble sugar content and peroxidase (POD) activity.The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was the highest in ‘Dawuzui’‘Chonglihua’ and ‘Dazihua’,and the activity of catalase (CAT) was the highest in ‘April White’.
