- 玉盘龙珠’是从传统栽培品种‘白花重瓣木槿’芽变选育的新品种。落叶大灌木,株型直立;花单生于叶腋间或枝端,花白色重瓣,无雌雄蕊,花台阁型,呈现“花中有花”,上位花未开放时,成小球状花蕾;花期6—10月。适应性强,适宜于园林绿化观赏,花朵可食用。
- Abstract:
- ‘Yupan Longzhu’ is a new variety selected through bud mutation from the traditional cultivated variety ‘Alba Plena Hibiscus’.The variety is deciduous large shrub,plant type is erect.White double flowers grow solitary in leaf axils or at the end of branches,flowers is without pistil and stamens,double flower is garret type presented ‘flowers in flowers’,the upper flower presents small spherical buds when it is not blooming.The flowering period is from June to Octobe.It has strong adaptability,it is suitable for landscaping and ornamental purposes,the flowers of hibiscus‘Yupan Longzhu’ are edible.
