- 以“紫玉”木槿、“玉白”木槿、“雅致”木槿、“薄荷冰沙”木槿4个品种为试材,采用不同配比基质和不同品种双因素试验方法,研究了不同配比基质对4个品种木槿扦插繁殖的影响,以期为筛选出最佳配比基质和扦插繁殖最优的木槿品种提供参考依据。结果表明:在同一品种不同基质下,泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶1∶1的4个品种株高、叶数、成活率、生根数、地上部鲜质量、地上部干质量、地下部鲜质量、地下部干质量均表现最好,优于其他5个处理,且4个品种的成活率均达100%,比对照分别提高了9.09%、14.29%、9.09%、4.35%。其顺序为泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶1∶1>泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=2∶1∶1>泥炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶2∶1>泥炭∶蛭石=1∶1>泥炭∶珍珠岩=1∶1>泥炭。同一基质下不同品种间的株高、叶数、成活率、生根数、地上部鲜质量、地上部干质量、地下部鲜质量、地下部干质量、根冠比也存在显著差异。其顺序为“薄荷冰沙”木槿>“雅致”木槿>“玉白”木槿>“紫玉”木槿。
- Abstract:
- Four varieties of Hibiscus syriacus,included ‘Purple Jade’ hibiscus,‘Jade White’ hibiscus,‘Elegant’ hibiscus and ‘Mint Iced’ hibiscus were used as test materials.The effects of different ratios of substrates on the cutting propagation of four varieties of Hibiscus syriacus were studied by using two factor experimental methods,different ratios of substrates and different varieties,in order to provide reference for selecting the optimal substrate ratio and cutting propagation of Hibiscus varieties.The results showed that under the same variety and different substrates,the four varieties of peat∶perlite∶vermiculite with a ratio of 1∶1∶1 had the best performance in terms of plant height,leaf number,survival rate,root number,aboveground fresh weight,aboveground dry weight,underground fresh weight,and underground dry weight,all of which were superior to the other five treatments.Moreover,the survival rates of the four varieties reached 100.00%,which were 9.09%,14.29%,9.09% and 4.35% higher than the control,respectively.The order was peat∶perlite∶vermiculite=1∶1∶1>peat∶perlite∶vermiculite=2∶1∶1>peat∶vermiculite∶perlite=1∶2∶1>peat∶vermiculite=1∶1>peat∶perlite=1∶1>peat.There were also significant differences in plant height,leaf number,survival rate,root number,aboveground fresh weight,aboveground dry weight,underground fresh weight,underground dry weight,and root to shoot ratio among different varieties under the same substrate.The order was ‘Mint Iced’ hibiscus>‘Elegant’ hibiscus>‘Jade White’ hibiscus>‘Purple Jade’ hibiscus.
